Qドミトリーってなんですか？ What is a dormitory?
A一般的な部屋とは違って一人用のコンパクトな寝室のみのお部屋になります。 Unlike a typical room, this is a compact one-person bedroom only.
Q子供は何歳から利用できますか？From what age can children stay?
A未就学児の受け入れは３歳からとさせていただいております。5歳（年長組）までは添い寝にて、対応お願いします6歳（小学1年生）からは一般と同じ、大人扱いとなります。 We accept preschool children from 3 years old. Children up to 5 years old (final year of kindergarten) are asked to share existing beds with adults. From 6 years old (1st grade in elementary school), children are counted and charged as adults.
Q素泊りでも大丈夫ですか？Can I stay without meals included?
Aもちろん大丈夫です。ご注意頂きたい点として周辺の飲食店など必ずチェックしてください。コンビニまで１８km Of course, that’s no problem. Please make sure to check in advance what restaurants are available in the area. The nearest convenience store is 18 km away.
Q素泊まりですが持ち込みOKですか？I plan to stay without meals included. Is it okay to bring my own food and drinks?
A素泊まりの方でお弁当やお茶などの持ち込みは可能です。アルコール類はレストランで販売しておりますので持ち込みは禁止となります。レストランをご利用ください。営業時間：16:00〜22:00 Guests staying without meals may bring in items such as bento lunches and tea. However, alcoholic beverages may not be brought in, as they are available for purchase at our restaurant. Please use the restaurant. Opening hours: 16:00–22:00 (4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.).
Q事前・宿泊後に荷物を送って身軽に観光したい Can I send my luggage in advance?
A事前にお荷物を送りたい場合は宿泊予定日当日の12時から16時の間で指定発送して いただければ受け取り可能です。宿泊後、ご自宅への発送はクロネコヤマト・ゆうパック で発送できます。
Q駐車場は何台ありますか？予約はできますか?How many parking spaces do you have? Can I reserve one?
A敷地内に２台と身障者用が１台の計3台分ございます。周辺に許可を頂いている 駐車スペースが何台かございますのでチェックイン時にお声がけください。 駐車場の予約は出来かねますのでご了承ください。 We have three parking spaces on the premises: two regular spaces and one accessible space for guests with disabilities. We also have a few additional parking spaces available nearby with prior permission, so please ask us at check-in. Please note that we are unable to accept reservations for parking.
